    website or a forum

I am a total newbie to website building.

What would be easy to start with a website or a forum?

    I like the forums.

If you are 100% new, then the easiest would be to get hold of a copy of say front page, and dive in. There are plenty of free FP templates online, and by using them you will see how sites are built.

Forums are more or less point and click with Cpanel, but they require a LOT of hard work unless you have a great niche that is not too crowded. I have a very good name online, but would never consider starting up a webmaster forum as the market is simply flooded!

I DO have an increadibly busy rugby forum though, so if you have a little niche that you can exploit, then do it.

Yeah oldwelshguy is right if you want to create a forum make sure you have a niche to work with there is nothing worst than an empty forum. But if its just to learn from maybe go with a local team or one of your hobbies.
