Capello has been appointed the new England manager. FA will announce his appointment later today.

What do you think about his appointment?

Excellent. Capello is top quality manager. Proven in success and will take no sh*t.

This guy just wants to win win win. It is very pleasing that he has taken England on.

The one thing I am now concerned about is him having English backroom staff. I read yesterday that Gianfranco Zola was in the running to be alongside him which is marvellous. However, somebody English needs to be in there too!

Big up the man they call Capello and may he bring us the success we've long been awaiting.

Capello is one of the best managers of our times, there is no secret. He has a fantastic mentality and his performances recommend him. He is also a latin coach which means a lot. If you'll have a look among the 14 teams qualified for Euro you will notice how many latin teams qualified compared to slavonic or german/nordic nations. This is only to prove one of my theories about the latin footballer against the rest.

Personally I see Capello being able to work wonders but just the time will tell if he was the right choice. At the end it is not only up to the coach as he can't win trophies by himself...the players play the biggest role and when it comes to english players...hmmm...I'd rather not comment...

I completely agree with the above statement :)
