Just wondering how many people in this forum have a Joomla powered website, please vote.
Yes temi I have one Joomla website and trying to learn it
I've made a joomla based site but not used it for any length of time - I dont really have the use for it. I prefer drupal but only cos I've used it alot more.
Why do you prefer Drupal to Joomla?
I see, Istanbul, what kind of site did you use Joomla to power?
Vatican Airlines - Offline
Still trying to do it temi and i have lots of quesiton to ask you
Ahh, I see
like I said I've used drupal a lot more but I suppose I chose it because the site listed lots of code snippets and things to use rather than me googling for hours to find out if its even possible. I like that its really expandable.
I'm quite partial to xoops too - I guess joomlas not for me!
i used joomla, drupalm, mambo, mango, invision-portal, php-nuke, post-nuke, smf-portal, dark-portal, and other...
Now i use a self-programmed cms with self-programmed modules i think the opensourced cms'z are bad. too many programmer and coder working on each module...
joomla is great, i use it all the time have quite a few sites based with joomla, i also beleive that google favours Joomla in many ways in terms of seo ( providing you configure joomla correctly)
Have you used and of the Joomla SEO pack on any of your sites?
I have a Joomla powered site, I have crated many other Joomla sites and I like to think I know its secretes
I have a Joomla powered site -- the more I play with it, the more I seem to like it
Wheres the option "I don't use any CMS" in the poll ?
vB fits all my needs.
Its a Forum software, and it can double up as a blog and a CMS too.
Whilst I agree vBulletin has a lot of modifications available to make it look like a CMS, I don't think it is as flexible as Joomla.
PS. I am a user of both vBulletin and Joomla
i mean, the joomla seo / sef plugins is great.
its very hard to use
it is very difficult to understand
its working environment is not friendly
if you plan to use joomla then make sure you have good commands on this
