    Hello everybody,
    Today lot of people are ignoring their health because they want to earn their bread and butter. There is a famous proverb in English i.e health is wealth. So guys fitness tips according to me.

    1. regular walk for 45 minutes.
    2. drink 12 to 15 glasses of water

    any other tips please share.
