Psd2scconline is a tool that help users who want to design a webpage but don’t know how to program it. It converts .psd files ( images from PhotoShop or Gimp saved as .psd) into XHTML compliant CSS webpage. You go to their website, register for free, upload you .psd file and click on “view your converted CSS page”. After that you just download the code for your webpage and it’s done. The .psd file must be maximum 4MB as it’s written in the Guidelines. This is a completely free tool that I think could help beginers in creating their own webpages. You can find the tool here: Free, Fast and Easy CSS webpages! | psd 2 CSS Online What do you experienced programming guys think about this? Worths a try?
