Hello people of UK Webmaster World!

Opinions from your community are required! I'd like to share with you the little CMS plugin our team have developed called Sur.ly.

It's a new free plugin for WordPress (there are versions for PhpBB, Drupal, PunBB)
made to help the webmasters and bloggers to cope with risks coming from dangerous links posted by spammers (so to avoid many problems related).
This plugin makes potentially "bad" links posted by suspicious users at your website safe for you and your visitors,
by replacing them with secure links to the interstitial pages provided by Sur.ly.

In fact, use of this plugin entails the following benefits:

    1) Safety for your website users - maleficent links published by some scammers in the user-generated content sections will be disclosed and your visitors informed about potential problems (phishing, adult or pirated content).

    2) Security for your website's position in Google search results - no accidental position decreasing by Google because of some maleficent links posted by spammers.

    3) No suspension of your Google AdSense account due to improper links left by scammers and spambots on your site.

    4) Good safety status from SiteAdvisor.

I really hope that some of you guys will find sur.ly project interesting enough to test it and after that share your feedback right here.
Questions and/or suggestions are highly required!

More info about Sur.ly you can get at our website or in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory, just search for the sur.ly
