How many hours do you sleep? Are you one of those who sleeps really late and then gets up late?
I tend to sleep 5-6 hours a day.
8 hours is a good and healthy sleep
That is the recommended minimum... must try to get at least 8 hours, just not possible
If I get over 8 hours sleep I become quite moody, so too much sleep is not good for me
For me the schedule is always changing , but I usually sleep about 8 hours.
