    More and more online shops are displaying product reviews alongside products on their websites. The benefit of doing so is that potential buyers can evaluate the product whilst on your website, rather than having to search elsewhere on the Internet for reviews. This should lead to:

    1. Increased Turn-Rate/Conversion
    2. Increased basket size
    3. Increased satisfaction after purchase, and
    4. Decline in return rate
