Any idea how much affiliate marketing legal? Do you find any issue which hamper your affiliate marketing?

Save for some tax-related laws that would make affiliate marketing less profitable for either the affiliate marketer or the affiliate network I believe that affiliate marketing is 100% legal. If for some reason the affiliate network thinks you won't make money or they'll get in trouble with law [again, because of tax-related issues] they'll inform residents of a certain State or Country that they are not eligible for that affiliate program.

Of course affiliate marketing is legal. What would make you think it's not? Generally, if a country isn't allowed in an affiliate program, it's because that country isn't on PayPal's list or because the product isn't available in that country. With state guidelines, which is mostly to do with Amazon, it's because certain states have sales tax issues that they are trying to force Amazon to comply with.
