PHP is open source language. Can we learn PHP without knowledge of HTML?
You can learn php without HTMl also. But you can't excel much without the knowledge of HTML and CSS. So better start with HTML/CSS and MySQL. Hope this helps !

Yes you can learn php don't need to learn html, go through some tutorial point w3school etc to use it.
