Tried Tweetattacks but had low to 0 results...maybe I did not use it well.

Well when it comes to Twitter i post everything "by hand".
Didn't even realize there are tools for this type of promotion.
I believed on manual working. Its result is very strong and long terms.
Well, I think that is not so useful, always try to do manual working. If you will use software on twitter they might be block your account, better keep away from these thing.
yes, any social network site never like using any software.
I usually tweet my content via my AddThis website buttons (you can also get the AddThis toolbar for Firefox).
I know there's something called TweetDeck, though I've never used it. That might be a "tool" of the kind you're talking about...
I prefer manual promotion as well instead of any spamming tools.
Manual submission i used and it is safe. Every website try to block these kind of software or submission coming from software....
Manuall work is the best.
