do you workout, what's the perfect workout for you?
First off, I never do a workout more 1hr. Pure superset treatment from the moment the gym doors swing open.
Situps and twists to get the tummy growling, a 20 minute run, then over to the hard stuff and pull a little weight bouncing from machine to machine.
Supersetting all the way, keeping the adrenaine flowing and the enery vibrant.
I'd say 3 times a week. For 15 minutes. I don't have the time to spend hours and hours at the gym
