Yahoo added another feather to its cap by launching a beta version of its toolbar for Mozilla Firefox web browser.
The beta release is packed with key features including bookmarks and custom buttons to keep a track of user across browsers or at different locations.
A "search this site" feature is provided to browse the current website and maintain history.
"Translate this page" based on the Babel Fish translation tools sends e-mail notifications and alerts.
"Add to My Yahoo" gives single click access to RSS/Atom feeds.
Firefox has been the most popular download since its launch in November and Yahoo toolbar realease supports its popularity.
Mitchell Baker, president of the Mozilla Foundation appeared to be very excited about the release and is looking forward to full version release that will support Yahoo's Anti-Spyware too.
