Website repair & maintenance services
WebsiteFix repairs broken pages, checkout failures, WordPress issues and slow sites. When the immediate problem is solved, ongoing maintenance helps keep your website working.
Start with what is happening
You do not need to diagnose the stack before contacting us. Start with the outcome that is blocked; we will trace the problem to the right layer.
Broken pages, slow performance, unstable updates, forms, accessibility and the issues no plugin has solved.
Checkout failures, catalog complexity, payment issues, subscriptions and customer journeys that leak sales.
Technical SEO, analytics, attribution and campaign data that need to become useful business signals again.
CRM, ERP, marketing and operations systems that should share context but keep creating manual work.
Useful automation for repetitive work, with a person in control of the decisions and the customer experience.
Platforms we work across
Common problems we fix
Describe the symptom you see. Website problems can begin in the site, hosting, plugins, checkout or connected systems.
We investigate the cause, explain the repair and confirm the scope before changing your site.
Visitors see a blank screen, server error or an endless loading state.
AvailabilityA plugin, theme or core update disrupted pages, forms or the admin area.
WordPress repairUnexpected content, redirects or a browser warning needs careful investigation.
Security assessmentPages stall on mobile, after an update or when traffic grows.
Speed & stabilitySubmissions, notifications or lead tracking are no longer reliable.
Lead flowCertificate, redirect or mixed-content problems can undermine trust.
HTTPS & SSLCustomers cannot complete a purchase, payment or subscription.
Buying pathLayout, menus or buttons fail on the devices customers actually use.
Mobile repairContent, design or platform limitations keep needed changes from going live.
Website supportYou may not need a new website. We start by understanding the site you already have, preserving the parts that work and fixing the parts that do not.
Explore website repairOne-time repair or ongoing care
Start with the broken thing. Then choose the support your site actually needs.

Start with a defined problem and focused senior time. We investigate, agree the repair and account for the work performed.

Plan recurring updates and oversight around the systems your business depends on, with context carried forward between requests.

For work beyond a focused repair, agree a defined scope and milestones before the larger initiative begins.

The WebsiteFix working file
Each engagement adds to a working view of your business: the stack, the history, what changed, what failed and why. The next request starts with context instead of another discovery call.
How it works
Every engagement follows the same operating discipline, whether the work takes two hours or becomes a larger initiative.
Plain English is enough. Tell us what changed, what hurts and how urgent it is.
We get into the real environment and make the failure concrete.
We trace the stack instead of treating the loudest symptom.
We explain the recommendation, estimate and tradeoffs so you can authorize the next move.
We make the approved change, protect the existing work and test the result in the real environment.
You get a clear account of the work, the verification and anything that still needs attention.
The repair bench
The website, store, data and tools affect one another. We stay with the problem when it crosses those boundaries, so you do not have to keep explaining it to a new vendor.
Theme behavior, browser state, app conflicts and payment flow all belong in the same investigation.
Event duplication, consent, attribution and platform definitions need to be reconciled, not averaged.
Timing, field ownership, error handling and recovery rules are treated as one operational system.
We isolate what is blocking, duplicating or loading at the wrong time, and remove the real weight.
The complete service bench
Bring us one issue or a connected initiative. The work can expand across disciplines without forcing you to manage another collection of disconnected vendors.

Why this model exists
Based in New Jersey. Working nationwide.
WebsiteFix is based in Holmdel, New Jersey and works remotely with businesses and partner teams across the United States. The model is designed for clear ownership, shared systems and real progress, wherever your team works.
Start a conversationBefore you open a fix file
If the answer depends on your stack, we will say so. The goal is to make the first decision easier, not hide complexity behind a sales call.
Website and storefront problems, checkout and payment issues, performance, technical SEO, analytics, CRM and automation, reporting, integrations and the connective tissue between them. If the issue crosses systems, that is usually where we are most useful.
Often, yes. We first investigate what is failing and what still works. If a focused repair can solve the problem, we will recommend that. If the current system cannot meet the requirement reliably, we will explain why and scope the larger change with you.
The First Fix is $129 for one hour of senior work for a first-time client. Prepaid blocks are 5 hours for $825, 10 for $1,550, 25 for $3,500 or 50 for $6,500. Unused block hours do not expire. We log subsequent work in 15-minute increments and confirm scope before work expands. Care starts at $445 per month; larger builds are quoted separately.
You still receive the diagnosis and a recommended next step. We explain the likely scope and ask for approval before spending more time. The First Fix buys real investigative work, so it is not a guarantee that every problem can be solved in one hour.
We review the issue and its urgency, identify the access needed to investigate and explain the next step. If the problem needs more work than a focused repair, you see a proposed scope and estimate before authorizing it.
Yes. WebsiteFix can lead the diagnosis, own a specific workstream or support an internal team, agency or software vendor. The important part is making ownership and decision-making explicit.
Common work includes WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, HubSpot, GA4, Klaviyo, Acumatica and custom systems. Platform familiarity matters, but the real work is understanding how your particular implementation behaves.
Tell us the business impact and timing in the first message. We will confirm availability, the safest immediate move and whether the issue needs containment before a deeper repair.
Access is limited to what the work requires and should use your existing secure tools whenever possible. Changes are documented and verified so control stays with your business.
No. A useful first message explains what changed, what you expected, what happened instead and how it affects the business. WebsiteFix handles the technical framing from there.

Insights and useful checklists
When a site fails, a few careful notes can make the first conversation more useful. These short guides help you capture the right details without making risky changes to a live site.
Before changing anything else, write down the affected URLs, the exact error, when it began and which update ran. Preserve a current backup and note whether checkout or lead forms are affected.
Record the step where shoppers stop, the browser and device, payment method and any recent theme, app or gateway change. Do not repeat a live payment without checking whether an order or charge was already created.
A care plan should name the owner of backups and monitoring, the release process and the person who responds when a critical path fails. Test forms and checkout after meaningful changes.
