Repair the site you already have

Website repair for broken, slow and unreliable sites.

A website can fail in the page, plugin, hosting, checkout or another connected system. Tell WebsiteFix what visitors experience. We trace the cause, agree the scope and verify the repair.

Start with the symptom. Please do not send passwords through the contact form.

Problems we investigate

When something on your website stops working

Different symptoms call for different checks. These are common starting points for a repair request.

Availability

Site down or not loading

We check the visible error, recent changes, hosting and domain path before recommending a fix.

WordPress

Broken after an update

Theme, plugin and core changes can affect the public site or admin area. We isolate the failing part.

Security

Suspicious redirects or warnings

We assess visible signs of compromise and the recovery path before further production changes.

Lead flow

Forms not working

Submission, email delivery and tracking can fail separately. We test the path from form to inbox.

Commerce

Checkout or payment errors

We reproduce the failure across browser, cart, payment and platform settings.

Experience

Slow or broken on mobile

We separate server, asset, script and layout issues so the repair addresses the cause.

Before you request help

A few safe checks can make the problem clearer.

Note the exact message, the page URL, the device and when the problem began. If a change caused the issue, write down what was updated. For a store, identify whether the failure affects every customer or only one browser or payment method.

Pause risky changes to DNS, databases, payments or a possibly compromised site until a recovery path is clear. A recent backup and a staging environment can reduce the risk of repair work.

What to send

Useful details for a repair request

  • Website URL and affected page
  • What visitors see and what you expected
  • When it started and what changed
  • Platform, if known
  • Business impact or deadline

Do not paste credentials into the request form. We can arrange appropriate access after reviewing the issue.

Our repair process

Diagnose, authorize, fix and verify.

You stay informed before work expands beyond the agreed scope.

  1. 01 / REQUEST

    Describe the failure

Send the site and the symptom in plain language.

  2. 02 / DIAGNOSE

    Find the cause

We reproduce the issue and investigate the relevant systems.

  3. 03 / APPROVE

    Agree the repair

We explain the work, expected scope and any important tradeoffs.

  4. 04 / VERIFY

    Test the result

We check the affected path and report what changed.

Repair pricing

Start with one hour of real diagnostic work.

The First Fix is $129 for one hour for a new client. If the issue needs more time, you get a finding and a proposed next step. Prepaid work blocks begin at 5 hours for $825. A request is not a payment or a promise that every issue can be solved in one hour.

After the fix

Repair today. Maintain tomorrow.

Some failures reveal a recurring risk: outdated software, missing monitoring, fragile releases or an untested form. When ongoing care fits the issue, we can scope a website maintenance plan around the site you actually run.

Website repair FAQ

Questions before you start

Can you fix my existing website without rebuilding it?

That is the first option we investigate. Some sites need a contained repair; others have deeper structural problems. We explain the tradeoff after diagnosis.

What if the first hour does not solve the problem?

You receive the diagnosis and a recommended next step. We ask for approval before continuing beyond the agreed work.

Do you work with WordPress and ecommerce sites?

Yes. The current WebsiteFix scope includes WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and other business platforms shown on the homepage. The exact repair path depends on your setup.

Can I send you my login details in the form?

No. Describe the issue without a password. If access is needed, we will arrange an appropriate way to provide it after the initial review.

Tell us what is broken.

Send the URL, symptom and business impact. We will review the situation and propose the right first move.
