Ongoing care for a working site

Website maintenance built around your real risks.

Maintenance means more than clicking “update.” A useful plan defines what gets checked, how changes are tested and what happens when something fails. WebsiteFix plans care around your platform, business workflow and support needs.

Care begins at $445/month for two reserved hours and routine site oversight. The detailed scope is agreed before work begins.

What a plan needs to cover

Keep the site healthy, then make it better.

The exact tasks depend on the platform and your existing hosting, backup and monitoring setup. We define the responsibilities in a written care scope.

01 / HEALTH

Routine site review

Check visible site health, key pages and the customer paths that matter most to your business.

02 / CHANGES

Updates and testing

Plan software and content changes, decide when staging is needed and test affected paths after release.

03 / RECOVERY

Backups and restore path

Confirm who owns backups, where they live and how a usable restore would work if something breaks.

04 / SIGNALS

Monitoring and alerts

Agree what should be monitored, such as uptime, forms or checkout, and who receives an alert.

05 / SUPPORT

Reserved improvement time

Use agreed hours for fixes, small changes or technical tasks, with a visible record of work completed.

06 / CONTEXT

One working file

Keep the platform, access path, known issues and change history together so the next request starts faster.

Scope before subscription

Know what your maintenance plan includes.

Before recurring work starts, we identify the site, supported platform, the people who can authorize changes and the business-critical pages. We then agree the check cadence, update process, backup owner, escalation path and reporting format.

Response expectations, emergency work, hosting, larger builds and new feature development are defined separately. We do not imply around-the-clock coverage from a standard care inquiry.

Maintenance FAQ

Questions before a care plan

What does website maintenance include?

A plan can cover routine health review, updates, testing, backup and restore planning, monitoring and reserved support time. The written scope states exactly which tasks and systems are included for your site.

Is hosting included?

Hosting is not assumed to be part of the starting care price. We review your current host and define any hosting responsibility separately.

What happens when a problem needs more than the included hours?

We explain the added scope and ask for approval before work exceeds the agreed balance. Larger tasks can use a separate work block or project estimate.

Do I need maintenance if the website works today?

That depends on the platform, how often it changes and what a failure would cost. A care plan is most useful when updates, forms, checkout or integrations need regular attention.

Tell us the platform, recurring work and the paths you need to protect. We will propose the right level of care.
