The request forms ask for a website URL, a description of the issue and contact details. The insights form asks for an email address. Do not send passwords or payment details through these forms.

How the information is used

WebsiteFix uses inquiry details to review and respond to the request. An insights signup records interest in occasional repair and maintenance notes. Forms on this site are processed through Netlify Forms. Any additional mailing service must be documented here before it is connected.
